How do I create my gym on MyGymPanel?

Go to Owner → Settings → Studio. Add your gym name, address, logo and primary colour. The member app re-themes instantly and you can change it any time without losing data.

How do I invite trainers and assign roles?

Open Owner → Trainers → Invite. Enter their email or phone, pick a role (Head Coach, Trainer, Front Desk), and we send a magic link that takes them straight into their Trainer panel.

How does QR check-in work?

Each member has a rotating QR code in their app. Scan at the front desk or turnstile to log attendance in real time — no cards, no manual registers.

Can I record cash or UPI payments manually?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Owner → Billing you can mark an invoice paid by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. The invoice, GST record and member ledger update together.
